What is Google Business View?
Google Business View is like street view inside your business. It allows you to showcase your interiors and invite customers inside with a 360-degree virtual tour of your business. You will also be able to expose your business to Google’s billions of users, as well as increasing your visibility on Google Search, Google Maps, Google Mobile and Google+.

Why do I need a Google business page?
Google Business page is a free business directory listing, offered by Google, that helps a business get found by visitors online; via Google Search and Google Maps. A Google Business Page provides users with a clean overview of your business together with pictures and a virtual tour. Your customers will be able to call your business, get directions and read reviews from a friendly-use interface.

How can Google Street View help my business?
Google has brought the same street view technology (which your users are already used to using) indoors and created Business Views. These virtual tours capture multiple 360-degree panoramic photo shots of your business to give customers a preview of your interior premises so that they will know what to expect when coming to your physical location. This technology will help you to entice more potential customers by bringing your business to life.

How long does it take to photograph a virtual tour?
Typically, it takes around one or two hours for a business and between half a day to one day for a hotel.

What do I need to do to prepare for the photo shoot?
To help us speed up the photography work, you may want to ensure that your premises are tidy and all furniture/decorations to be arranged in accordance with the way you want them to be featured/showcased.

How long will it take from the photo shoot to the virtual tour to go live on Google?
Once we have done the photo shoot, we'll stitch and process the pictures for submission to Google's system for approval. The approval process at Google involves quality check and detection of errors. Generally, your tour should be live on Google's network within 2 weeks from the photo shoot.

Will the photo shoot disrupt my daily business operations?
The photo shoot is best done when there isn't a crowd at your business premises. We are able to arrange for the photo shoot to be at a time of your convenience to minimize disruptions to your business operations.

Do I own the pictures that your photographer have taken for the Business View?
Yes, you will have full rights of the pictures and you will be able to use them for other purposes or displays upon full payment for our services. Please note that by signing the agreement provided by us, you are also licensing the use of these pictures to Google, who shall be permitted to publish and distribute them.

Can I review the virtual tour before it goes live on Google?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to let our customers review the virtual tour before having live on Google. Reviewing the Virtual tour will involve a considerable amount of processing work.
